Our Journey
Five years of continuous growth, learning, and helping Australians build stronger financial futures through better negotiation skills
Foundation & First Students
Started with a simple mission: teach Australians that financial negotiations don't have to be intimidating. Our first cohort of 47 students in Melbourne proved that ordinary people could learn extraordinary negotiation skills. We discovered that confidence, more than technique, was the missing piece.
National Expansion
Expanded across all states with specialized programs for different demographics. Rural communities, young professionals, and retirees each needed different approaches. Our research showed that location and life stage dramatically affected negotiation success rates. We adapted our curriculum accordingly.
Digital Innovation & Recognition
Launched our interactive online platform with AI-powered practice scenarios. Students could now rehearse difficult conversations before real negotiations. This year brought multiple industry awards and partnerships with major Australian financial institutions who recognized our practical approach.
Advanced Certification Programs
This year we're introducing professional certification tracks for those wanting to teach these skills themselves. Our research institute published findings on negotiation psychology that are changing how financial institutions approach customer conversations. The next chapter focuses on training the trainers.
